Friday June 20, 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm
An event every day that begins at 12:30 pm, repeating until Friday June 20, 2025

A five, six, seven, eight…come on down and swing along to the best ragtime, stride, and jazz the Big Apple has to offer. With special performances on select Thursdays and sprinkled spontaneously throughout the season.
Marc Devine is a New York City-based jazz pianist and bandleader deeply rooted in the bebop and swing traditions. He discovered his passion for jazz in high school and honed his skills at the University of New Hampshire, where he played in various ensembles and learned from jazz legends like Clark Terry and James Williams. Devine further developed his style at the Clark Terry International Institute of Jazz Studies, drawing influence from piano greats such as Wynton Kelly, Red Garland, and Bud Powell. After building a strong presence on the Austin, Texas jazz scene, performing at major festivals and venues, he relocated to NYC in 2009. Since then, he’s become known for his hard-swinging style and has performed at top jazz clubs alongside acclaimed musicians, including Fukushi Tainaka, Jackie Williams, and Benny Powell.
