Charlie Judkins on the Upper Terrace at Bryant Park (Site)
Friday October 3, 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm
An event every day that begins at 12:30 pm, repeating until Friday October 3, 2025

A five, six, seven, eight…come on down and swing along to the best ragtime, stride, and jazz the Big Apple has to offer. With special performances on select Thursdays and sprinkled spontaneously throughout the season.
Charlie Judkins is a Brooklyn-born pianist specializing in Ragtime, Traditional Jazz, and Blues, whose passion for early American piano styles began in childhood and deepened with a discovery of Jelly Roll Morton’s music in 2007. Mentored by notable pianists like Terry Waldo and Mike Lipskin, Judkins has performed professionally since 2010 at public events and venues across New York City. He is also active as a silent film accompanist and contributes scores to archival animation releases, while continuing his classical piano studies with Jeff Goldstein.
