We can’t wait to see you there! \n  \nAbout the Artists \nSteinway Artist Hsing-ay Hsu (“Sing-I Shoo”) is focused on the art of listening. As an international prizewinner\, producer\, teacher/educator\, studio owner\, and adjudicator\, she joyfully demonstrates how to use music as a catalyst to build multidimensional awareness and to make sense of the human experience. This season’s engagements include the Aspen Music Festival\, Cleveland Chamber Guild Series\, and Englewood Arts in Denver\, with lectures at Yale School of Music. Ms. Hsu produces Classical Music Explorations in NYC among other projects to promote public awareness of the value of listening skills. Since her stage debut at age 4\, Steinway Artist Hsing-ay Hsu (“Sing-I Shoo”) has been performing at such venues as Carnegie Hall\, Kennedy Center\, Lincoln Center NYC\, and in Europe & Asia. International prizewinner\, concert producer\, teacher/educator\, studio owner\, adjudicator\, she hosts a YouTube channel and Café webinars to help music- lovers process life through music. Born in Beijing\, Ms. Hsu trained at Juilliard\, and Yale University. A former faculty member at the University of Colorado\, she teaches at her Nutmeg Studio\, at Kaufman Center\, Rocky Ridge in CO\, and Chautauqua Institution adult programs. Artist residencies include the Klavierhaus NYC and Boulder Chamber Orchestra. Ms.Hsu is a regular contributor at Psychology Today on the topics of creativity\, arts education\, and artistic intelligence in the age of AI. Bio at hsingayhsu.com. \nA passionate chamber musician\, violinist Kate Arndt has performed at Carnegie Hall\, New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art\, Boston’s Symphony Hall\, the Curtis Institute of Music\, and the Mellon Music Festival. Kate is currently Principle Second Violin in the Colorado Symphony Orchestra and with the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra as a guest musician. Kate has performed as a featured soloist with several orchestras\, and participated in the Gstaad Menuhin Festival in Switzerland\, Kronberg Masterclasses and Concerts in Germany\, IMS Prussia Cove Masterclasses in Cornwall\, UK\, Music@Menlo\, Taos School of Music\, and the Sarasota Music Festival where she was featured in 2019 as a guest soloist with the festival orchestra. Kate also attended the Four Seasons Winter Workshop at East Carolina University\, where she collaborated Robert McDonald\, Ida Kavafian\, Colin Carr\, Misha Amory\, Hye- Jin Kim and Ara Gregorian. Her former group\, the Isolde Quartet\, received an honorable mention at the Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition. Kate has collaborated with the Calidore\, Callisto\, Kodak String Quartets\, and Borromeo String Quartet. She holds Masters degrees from Yale University in both Music and Musical Arts and completed her undergraduate studies at New England Conservatory of Music under Miriam Fried. \nJudith McIntyre Galecki has performed chamber music with many groups and festivals including the Colorado Chamber Players\, the Front Range Chamber Players\, the Off the Hook Festival\, the Crested Butte Music Festival\, the Steamboat Springs Music Festival\, Symphonic Salida!\, the Englewood Arts Center series\, Highlands Ranch Chamber Music series\, Cherokee Ranch Chamber music series\, the Boulder Library concert series\, as continuo player the Bach Ensemble and the Cabrillo New Music Festival in Santa Cruz\, CA. Cellist Judith McIntyre Galecki has been a member of the Colorado Symphony as Third Chair Cello since 2003 and held the position of Acting Principal for the 2017-19 seasons. She toured in Europe playing with the Verbier Festival Orchestra and Chamber Orchestra as Principal Cellist and Assistant principal cellist and made her first appearance as concerto soloist with her hometown symphony\, the Windsor Symphony. She also performed as concerto soloist with the Detroit Symphony\, Colorado Symphony and the Colorado Young Sinfonia. She spends her summers playing in the Grand Teton Music Festival in Jackson WY. Judith holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto and a Master’s Degree from the Manhattan School of Music. \n  \n
