DESCRIPTION:As part of our Organ Inauguration\, Saint Peter’s invites you to our Organ Recital\, featuring Nathan Laube\, Associate Professor of Organ\, Eastman School of Music. This is free event\, open to all. \nThis recital will showcase and demonstrate the stylistic possibilities of C.B. Fisk’s rebuilding of the 1977 Klais organ. The program will conclude with an improvisation on a theme presented to him at the time of the performance. \nAbout Saint Peter’s Organ Inauguration \nOut of tragedy emerges a purposefully restored and reimagined world-class organ. Saint Peter’s invites all to join for a series of inaugural events\, beginning with a weekend of programs featuring solo\, orchestral\, and choral literature.
